AA stucco works for the General Contractor with a team attitude. We have the following policies to aid the General Contractor.

Detailed scope of work in bid proposal.
Detailed Contract review for clarity and understanding.
Schedule review to insure consistency in flow of work and to identify opportunities.
Schedule tracking, weekly to identify delaying issues and opportunities.
RFI's at the beginning of the project to clarify and eliminate contradictions in drawing and specifications.
Weekly review with our supervision to monitor job progress, to identify and bring to the General Contractor's attention any issues that may hinder the progress of the project.
Our Safety director monitors and inspects the project regularly to insure compliance with OSHA's, AA Stucco & Drywall's, and the General Contractor's safety policies.
Assigned Project Manager that is responsive to the General Contractors needs.
Responsive punch out crews to keep the project quality up to the General Contractors, Architects, and Owners standards.
